Few
days ago, Shri Ram Group, Jabalpur had hosted an Indo-Japan Seminar
on Possibilities to Conserve Solar Energy. In the event, two learned
persons of Tokyo Institute of Technology named Prof. Nasaki Kurimoro
and Dr. Kyoji Kunitomo, along with K.C. Dhimole, one of the Senior
Scientist of India have discussed about large numbers of
possibilities to conserve solar energy in the city of Jabalpur in
India.
Dr.
Kunitomo said that the city of Jabalpur possesses a huge biodiversity
collection that leads to large numbers of possibilities for
conservation of solar energy. According to him, “We are stepping
forward towards the development of Jabalpur City by using some of the
advanced Japanese technologies and in turn, towards making the life
of every common man easy.”
Moreover,
Dr. Kyoji had shown his concern towards fulfilment of the objective
of Clean Energy in Jabalpur and making the entire city free from
atmospheric pollution. In order to meet the latter objective, he
suggested about mounting of a test plant as well as carrying out
necessary experiments and research works.
K.C.
Dhimole, a Senior Indian Scientist and Japanese Professor Nasaki
Kurimoro expected that India would succeed to make drastic progress
in the arena of solar energy. They had given their weighting towards
joint efforts of Japanese and Indian Government for meeting the
objective to make Jabalpur City a Smart City.
These
leading personalities have even highlighted about the use of solar
technology and various wastes of sugarcane to generate energy.
Excluding this, Mr. Dhimole, Prof. Kurimoro and Dr. Kyoji Kunitomo
have recommended local area people and professors of SRIT Jabalpur to
set up a semi-conductor unit.
