Shri Ram Institute of Technology, Jabalpur: Overview on Training and Placement Activities Done for Campus Placements in Shri Ram Group

Even the institute has a separate Training and Placement (T and P)department, whose staff members not only provide placements to B.E. students, but also to students involved in different other courses, like MBA, MCA, M Pharma, B Pharma and D Pharma degree programs.

Here, we will discuss about activities done by T and P to ensure placements of Shri Ram Group students.

· Staff members of Training and Placement department regularly invites core companies, IT companies and MNCs to visit the college premise and conduct recruitment/selection rounds for Engineering, MBA, Pharmacy and MCA students.

· Officer and his associates of the department regularly conduct written and technical examinations (via online mode) for final year students. Subjects include logical (verbal, non-verbal and analytical) reasoning, data interpretation, quantitative aptitude, English, programming languages, computer and internet fundamentals and similar others.

· Excluding the role of T and P department to conduct mock tests and training on written exams, they also conduct mock interviews and GDs to boost confidence levels of candidates, who would appear in future interviews.
