If your answer to both questions is yes, it is essential for you to look some of the important tips about sound study plan and thereby, assure about your success in academics and in competitive exams for the coming year 2016.

Determine Your Goals for the Study
In order to come up with a sound plan, it is essential for you to determine your goals for the study, whether it is for your academic semester examinations or to pass a particular competitive exam, like for instance JEE Mains and JEEAdvance 2016. Here, you have to do two basic things:-
  • Set up realistic goals for your higher studies
  • Level or type of hard work you have to do for achieving your goals
Study Plan and Time Management
Since our childhood, we have always heard from our parents, old-aged people and teachers that “Time and Tide waits for none.” Based on this, we should say that whether you are a B.E. student studying in an engineering college of India, like Shri Ram Group Jabalpur or pursuing any other course it is essential for you to consider time as one of the precious factors in your life.
Divide the Syllabus in Small Parts
Dividing the complete syllabus into small parts is another best way to achieve good learning and prepare an efficient study plan. According to this point, students should set short-term goals based on the available preparation period and the amount of syllabus they have to cover.
For instance, if you are preparing for Bachelorof Engineering first semester exam in Shri Ram Group Jabalpur and your syllabus comprises of 5 subjects with 5 units each, while you have 3 months for preparation, you should make plan in this way-
  • 2 units in each subject for 1st month
  • 2 units plus revision of previous 2 in each subject for 2nd month
  • 1 unit and full revision for the last month
Make Sure of Regular Short Breaks with Studies

No one of us has so much capacity to study continuously for many hours. In this situation, it is essential that a student should take regular breaks of about 10 to 15 minutes or even half an hour to make their minds fresh and boost the learning ability.
